Jack has been developing his training methodology for many years. By competing and coaching within competitive strength sports such as Powerlifting and Strongman, in addition to formal education within strength and conditioning.
With a philosophy that passing on knowledge and encoranging those he coaches to learn effective ways to train will make them better prepared to maintain a strong and healthy lifestyle.
All programs are individually designed and laid out to fit your training times and goals. You will receive a program that is kept up to date and will change depending on training needs. You will be asked to submit videos of your sets via what’s app or drop box which will be reviewed to adjust form as well as the program accordingly.
