DO YOU OFFER A TRIAL MEMBERSHIP?

You can arrange a trial session by using the form on the Membership Options page.

WHY DO I NEED TO AGREE TO THE HEALTH DECLARATION?

 

We ask all members to do this to ensure everyone is safe when using the gym.  Before starting training and exercise, you should always consult with your GP.

I HAVE SOME FRIENDS VISITING. DO YOU OFFER GUEST PASSES?

We can offer a one Week Pass.  More information on this can be found

on the Membership Options page or through using the Contact Us feature.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY FOB DOESN'T WORK?

WHEN WILL PAYMENT BE TAKEN?

Payment will be taken by Debit or Credit card when you sign up.  Following payments will be taken by Direct Debit monthly.

WILL I BE LOCKED IN TO A CONTRACT

No, you pay monthly in advance.  You can cancel your membership at anytime.

WILL THE COST OF MY MEMBERSHIP GO UP?

Our membership price is very competative.  If there are any increases you will be notified a month in advance.

CAN I LET OTHER PEOPLE USE MY FOB?

No.  All entrances are monitored by CCTV, a person found allowing non members to use thier fob will lead to the membership being cancelled.
